What causes us to fear?
Our own thoughts and reactions to a situation that could potentially affect us – usually in a negative way – cause fear. Our fears are a result of dwelling within ourselves too much. Next time you catch yourself in the middle of worrying, think about the cycle your brain is running through to arrive at fear. Your mind is racing through all of the outcomes that could possibly go wrong for YOU.
Fear is self-centered. In order to distance yourself from fear, think about how the situation could affect somebody other than yourself.
Love more, fear less.
